Newly released images show tech founder Bob Lee with accused killer Nima Momeni in the elevator of a San Francisco apartment building minutes before he was fatally stabbed.
Lee, 43, is seen in surveillance footage leaving the Millennium Tower, where he had visited his party pal and alleged lover Khazar Elyassnia, in the early morning hours of April 4. In one freeze-frame he is looking at the man across from him, who police say then viciously killed him.
The photos, released in court papers related to Momeni’s case, is one of a handful of images showing the moments before and immediately after Lee was stabbed and left to die.

Lee was since found to have had cocaine and ketamine in his system at the time of his death and reports revealed he frequented drug and sex parties with married Elyassnia, who is Momeni’s sister.
The images also show Lee standing in the entryway as he arrived at the Millennium Tower at 12:39 a.m.
The pair was spotted in the elevator together roughly 90 minutes later, NBC reported, and then walking together to a white BMW waiting outside the building.

Lee is seen wearing dark-colored attire, while Momeni, 38, appears to be dressed in a jacket, pants and a winter hat. They enter the BMW convertible just after 2 a.m.
The final two surveillance photos show Lee near the crime scene and the area where he called police and ultimately collapsed, the report said.
Prosecutors say Elyassnia was with Lee on the day he died and texted him around the same time he was stabbed and bled out on a San Francisco street.

“Just wanted to make sure your doing ok Cause I know nima came wayyyyyy down hard on you,” she allegedly wrote.
“And thank you for being such a class man handling it with class. Love you Selfish pricks.”
Police do not suspect she was involved in his murder, but investigators believe her brother angrily confronted Lee about his sister’s alleged drug use and “inappropriate” behavior.
Lee, who had recently moved to Miami, was discovered in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood “violently bleeding” from multiple stab wounds.

He called 911 shortly after he was stabbed on April 4, when a dispatcher reportedly there was “a male screaming ‘help,’ saying ‘someone stabbed me’ … Advised he is bleeding out.”
Sources told the Wall Street Journal Lee, who had recently separated from his wife, had become sucked into the city’s underground party scene, known in wealthy circles as “The Lifestyle.”
Momeni is accused of taking Lee to a secluded street and stabbing him repeatedly with a kitchen knife in what police called a “planned and deliberate” attack.

The IT consultant was arrested more than a week after Lee’s death. He was charged with murder and has pleaded not guilty.
Momeni is expected to appear in court for a preliminary hearing next week.
